• Just a note to tell you how happy we are with the new house.  As you know, this is the second home that Frank built for us.  We were in the first house for 20 years and never had any problems with it.  It's as beautiful today as it was 20 years ago.  When we decided to down size we had looked at other areas and other builders but decided that this was the best place to be and we really trusted Frank as a builder and values the craftsmanship and quality of his homes.  Every home he builds is uniquely different which makes the neighborhood look nice.  He is so easy to work with and always very accommodating.  As our home was being built, we sat down with Frank many times to go over out initial floor plans.  He was always very patient and offered to us many of his ideas.  We are extremely pleased with the end result.
